Yesterday was rather overwhelmingly stressful, and I felt drained and exhausted. This is bound to happen at the end of every semester, cant help it. But I did get over the feeling, and I am full of energy again. Some things I did that might help you-
1. Eat comfort food
2. Speak to loved ones and hug it out (even if its a virtual hug)
3. and most importantly.. SLEEP. And dont feel guilty about the extra hours of sleeping. Even your body is not physically tired, your mind will welcome a few hours of rest.
One more week to freedom.
