Back to dance class

I went back to dance class after a 5 month break. I very nearly didn’t go, telling myself that I won’t be able to handle it after a long day at work (and an equally long commute). But after this mornings fiasco of skipping my jog, I decided to take the plunge and go to class. And I loved it.
Sure, my stamina is laughably low, my bones feel all rusty and I am so hungry and tired now. But for an hour and a half, I was able to lose myself in learning something new and engaging. And I was with a community of like minded people who love what they are doing. That felt great. Hopefully I will be able to juggle dance with my life.
